1. Mainnet beta availability

HYPR Rush is operating in Mainnet beta. Live SOL wagering is available in Crash when the in-game controls show wagering as enabled. Practice credits and points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. HYPR Rush is restricted in some jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with local law, and availability does not establish eligibility.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on HYPR Rush is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no claims of token appreciation, returns, or future value. Connecting a wallet does not transfer custody.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, automate play with bots, abuse referral codes, or circumvent anti-cheat. We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity.

5. Provably-fair

Our provably-fair system commits to a server seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash before any round. Outcomes are HMAC-SHA256 of the server seed over (clientSeed:nonce:gameId). On rotation, the previous server seed is revealed for full verification.

6. SOL wagering

SOL wagering is subject to applicable eligibility and regional restrictions, current wager and payout limits, operational availability, and these legal terms. HYPR Rush may pause wagering when security, liquidity, or network conditions require it.

7. Disclaimers

Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYPR Rush is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
